I ordered this dress in the regency color for my son's wedding. I was unsure whether I should order it custom made or order a regular size and have it tailored at home. I decided to have it custom made because I am very short-waisted and with the long zipper in the back, I was concerned about tailoring after the dress was made. So I contacted customer support and asked how they address a short-waisted issue. They recommended I do an additional measurement from the hollow to the waist, and put it in the notes. I did that and then e-mailed them to confirm they received my additional instructions. They responded right away to my pleasant surprise.

The dress itself was beautiful. It was well made, but had a double lining plus an the outer shell. It was too heavy for an August in Florida wedding. For cooler weather it would have been perfect.

I had a very good experience shopping for a mother-of-the-bride dress. My problem was the number of dresses to choose from! I selected a ready made dress according to the size chart and it fit almost perfectly. It needed a slight adjustment of the lace across the bodice, and we needed to wax the zipper to make it function more easily. Shipping was exactly on time. I would use this site again, and have recommended it to many of my friends.

Absolutely perfect! This dress is even more beautiful than pictured. I felt like Cinderella at my daughters wedding. I am an 18/20 and ordered a 20. I had the shoulders taken up about an inch and it fit perfectly. The dress is very well made and just gorgeous. Very happy with my purchase.

The dress fit perfectly! I received a number of compliments on it and it was comfortable throughout the day. It is definitely a dress where, if you're on the shorter side you should where a small heel. I did wear a higher sandal heel so it did not hit the floor when I walked.
