I've never tried on a more expensive wedding dress, but this one had a good weight to it and looked exactly like the picture. I like that there are no sequins or glitter because I feel like it can sometimes cheapen the way the dress looks. I'm 4'11 so I had to get a custom size but I don't regret it as it fit perfectly. I would choose this dress over and over again. I loved it so much!
